Not only is this expensive, but it can result in even more enormous costs resulting from downtime caused by human errors during the inspection process. They keep using people, because implementing predictive maintenance sensors takes at least 9 months, which is too big of a risk. With our Data Node, we set up a scalable predictive maintenance data stream in 5 minutes, for example on production lines, bridges and heating systems, but it works on any asset.
