Transplant Biomedicals develops a new generation of medical technologies to improve organ, tissue and cellular preservation to overall enhance patients’ quality of life and wellness. The company is currently developing the TB1, a new device for the preservation and transportation of organs that has demonstrated x4 greater preservation efficacy than the current gold standard. The Transplant Biomedicals device will combine patented technology with a standard cooling system that will preserve the organ in optimal conditions to be implanted by the surgical team. Currently the company is developing the clinical prototype, clinical trials are expected to start 4Q 2017 and the CE-mark of the product is expected early 2018.
