Its first product, Zbox (patented in-house development), is a disruptive foldable ISO container to optimize the use of the container for freight transport, and reduce the impact of the empty container transport, due to the global trade imbalances. Zbox reduces economic and environmental costs of the repositioning transport of empty containers. This optimization is achieved by folding the container when it is empty, allowing transport as a single package five containers in the same space of one standard container, which results into direct savings. Zbox saves 20% of CO2 emissions, 80% of space, and average 50% of the cost of moving empty containers.
